By making a payment on our website or through official communication channels, you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of Services

GroxDigital offers digital and non-tangible services, including but not limited to:

  • Digital Marketing Services
  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
  • Social Media Marketing & Management
  • Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Website Design & Development
  • Branding & Consultation Services

2. No Guarantee Disclaimer

GroxDigital does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to search engine rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, or revenue. All digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors such as market conditions, competition, platform algorithms, and client cooperation, which are beyond our control.

3. Project-Based Services (One-Time Projects)

Project Confirmation

  • A proposal or scope of work is shared
  • Deliverables, milestones, timelines, and pricing are clearly defined
  • Work begins only after payment confirmation

Cancellation Policy (Project-Based)

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of payment, only if work has not started. Cancellation requests must be made in writing via email. Proof of payment is mandatory.

Refund Eligibility (Project-Based)

If cancellation is approved:

  • 25% of the total project cost will be deducted as a proposal, planning, and resource allocation fee
  • Remaining amount will be refunded
Definition of Work Commencement: For the purpose of this policy, “work has started” includes but is not limited to research, planning, strategy development, internal discussions, resource allocation, account setup, design drafts, content outlines, campaign configuration, or any preparatory work undertaken by GroxDigital.

No Refund (Project-Based) if:

  • Work has already started
  • Any deliverable, draft, strategy, design, or campaign setup has been initiated
  • Client delays approvals, inputs, or communication
  • Scope changes are requested after work commencement
  • Project is completed or partially delivered

4. Subscription / Retainer-Based Services

Examples: Monthly SEO, Social Media Management, Ongoing Ads Management, Monthly Digital Marketing Retainers

Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be cancelled only by providing a written cancellation request via email at least 15 days before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellation requests received less than 15 days before the next billing cycle will be applied to the following billing cycle.

Refund Policy (Subscriptions)

  • No refunds once a billing cycle has started
  • No refunds for unused days, partial months, or delayed usage
  • Fees paid for active or completed billing periods are non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after payment
  • Dissatisfaction without valid service-related reasons
  • Failure to provide content, access, approvals, or timely responses
  • Third-party platform issues (Google, Meta, hosting providers, etc.)
  • Discounts, offers, or promotional pricing
  • Force majeure events beyond company control
  • Delays, failures, or issues caused due to the client’s actions or inactions

6. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time depends on banks or payment gateways (Typically 5-10 business days)
  • GroxDigital reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request after internal review

7. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

Clients are strongly encouraged to contact GroxDigital before raising a chargeback or dispute with banks or payment gateways. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in account suspension or legal action.

8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

Include: Client Name, Invoice Details, Proof of Payment, and Reason for Request.

GroxDigital reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Return & Refund Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
